CARV Fitness

At the height of the pandemic MDO Holdings partnered with Joe Kwon of The Avett Brothers, a fitness enthusiast, to create CARV Fitness, an online workout platform. Members could participate in weekly live workouts on zoom, stream previous live workouts, and sweat along with prerecorded warmups, workouts, and recoveries.

Created the full brand, retail, website, and motion graphics to help explain each workout.
